It is important that doctors are able to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of people. This essential, one day course is aimed at doctors off all grades. You will learn skills necessary to communication in healthcare, including how to listen effectively, ask the right questions, understand how others behave and how to respond appropriately. At the end of the course you’ll receive a fully CPD certified course (8 CPD points).
