I want to take part in a Radcliffe course – what do I need to do?
All Radcliffe courses are administered through our sister company, Radcliffe Learning, who will fulfil your order and process your certification, once you have completed the course in question. Order any of our course products and pay via the Radcliffe shop. All our courses are available to view via the tab above.
I want to order an ebook – how does this work?
If you order at Radcliffe Publishing includes one or more eBooks, then your eBook purchases will be added to your account at www.radcliffehealth.com and will be permanently stored for you.
You can download the files directly from your confirmation email. To download these files again or to download them to a new location you will need to return to the site, login, and click on "My Account". Once in the "My Account" section, all of your files to download will be listed in the 'Files' tab. Remember that your eBook comes with a site licence so can be distributed to any member of staff within your institution, but must not be distributed or forwarded elsewhere.
Your eBook can be saved to your desktop computer, laptop or any eReader device and viewed as a PDF.
PDF eBook format:
- Save your pdf eBook into a relevant folder on your personal computer.
- Locate the file and double click to open it.
- If it does not open you may not have any appropriate software to view it. We recommend you install the FREE industry standard, software, Adobe Acrobat Reader. Visit http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ to download the latest version before opening the pdf.
